How long does it take to install the curtains or blinds?
Installation typically takes 1–3 days depending on your selection and project size. After you confirm your order, our team schedules a convenient installation date.
Do you have motorized or smart curtains?

Can I choose the fabric and design myself?

- 50% advance payment
First installment of the 3-month payment plan
Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of making the payment. After this period, the order moves into production and can no longer be changed or refunded—unless there is a defect in the product.

What should I prepare before installation?

Cancellation, Refund & Warranty
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after payment.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects on fabrics and rails for 12 months. It does not cover accessories, misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
How do I claim a warranty?
Contact our customer support by email or WhatsApp with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
